RETURNS
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase from B. Rowe & Co. Standard, non-custom merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery for online store credit.
Items received after 14 days are not eligible for return.
To qualify for store credit, returned items must:
• Be unworn and in original condition
• Be free from damage, alteration, or signs of wear
• Include all original tags and packaging
• Be accompanied by a printed order confirmation
All returns are subject to inspection and approval by B. Rowe & Co. Returned merchandise must meet the criteria above to qualify for store credit.
Return shipping and packaging costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Custom-made, monogrammed, personalized, and specially requested items are final sale and are not eligible for return.
CONDITION OF RETURNED MERCHANDISE
Eligible items must be returned in original, unworn condition. Merchandise must be:
• Free of dirt, markings, scratches, or visible wear
• Free of fragrance, smoke, or other odors
• Free of hair, lint, or stains
• Accompanied by all original packaging including boxes, pouches, display cards, or jewelry bags
Items that do not meet these standards will not be accepted for return.
GIFTS
Standard items received as gifts may be returned for online store credit within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Gift returns must include a copy of the original receipt and all original packaging and tags. All returned items must meet the condition standards outlined above.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Every order is carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of the original ship date.

Please allow 24–48 business hours for a response. Each claim is reviewed individually, and if approved, instructions for return shipment will be provided.
ORDER CHANGES
Requests to modify an order must be submitted within 24 hours of order confirmation by emailing hello@broweandco.com.
Once production has begun, orders cannot be altered.
Custom, personalized, or specially requested items cannot be modified after production has started.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Cancellations for custom or special-request orders must be requested within 1 hour of order confirmation by emailing hello@broweandco.com.
Custom orders include, but are not limited to:
• Personalized items
• Monograms
• Commissioned designs
• Specialty or event-related items
After this window has passed, custom orders cannot be canceled.
PRODUCTION TIMELINE
Each piece from B. Rowe & Co. is thoughtfully crafted in Virginia, where the South meets the shore™.
• Standard in-stock items typically ship within 10–14 business days
• Custom, monogrammed, and special-request items may require up to 3 weeks
Production timelines may vary based on studio capacity and inventory availability.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.
Complimentary domestic shipping is available on retail orders over $149 USD.
Packages ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) unless another shipping method is selected at checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. B. Rowe & Co. is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.
INSURANCE
USPS automatically insures shipments valued up to $50 USD. Additional insurance may be purchased during checkout.
Once a package has been accepted by USPS and entered into the carrier’s tracking system, B. Rowe & Co. is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Customers outside the United States are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, tariffs, or import taxes imposed by their country.
These charges vary by destination and are not controlled by B. Rowe & Co. International shipments may be declined at our discretion.
