RETURNS
We want you to adore your purchase as much as we enjoyed creating it. Standard, non-custom items may be returned to B. Rowe & Co. within 14 days of delivery for online store credit. Returns received after 14 days are regretfully ineligible.
All returns must include a printed order confirmation, arrive unworn, undamaged, free of alteration, and have all original tags and packaging intact. Acceptance of returned merchandise is at the sole discretion of B. Rowe & Co. and items must meet all criteria to qualify for store credit.
Return shipping and packaging expenses are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Custom-made, monogrammed, personalized, and specially requested items are final sale and may not be returned under any circumstance. These treasures were made just for you.
WHAT CONSTITUTES “ORIGINAL, UNDAMAGED & UNWORN”?
Returned standard items must be:

Free of dirt, grease, markings, scratches, and signs of wear

Untouched by perfume, smoke, pets, or any odor

Free of hair (human or pet) and stains

Accompanied by all original packaging, including boxes, pouches, display cards, and/or jewelry bags, in pristine condition
If it looks like it spent a weekend at the club—or the kennel—it’s not eligible.
GIFTS
Standard items received as gifts may be returned for online store credit within 30 days of the original order confirmation. Please include a copy of the receipt and all original packaging and tags. Gift returns must meet the same standards noted above.
B. Rowe & Co. reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet our criteria.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We take great care to ensure your purchase arrives safely—blame the mailman, not the maker. If your order arrives damaged, email hello@broweandco.com within 10 days of the original ship date using the subject line:
Subject: Damaged Item
Please allow 24–48 business hours for a response. All claims are reviewed individually. If approved, you will receive instructions for return shipment and packaging. B. Rowe & Co. reserves the right to refuse damaged item returns at its discretion.
ORDER CHANGES & MODIFICATIONS
We are fast, but not psychic. Requests to modify an order must be submitted within 24 hours of order confirmation by emailing hello@broweandco.com.

Custom orders may not be changed for any reason once production has begun
Once the magic starts, it cannot be undone.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Cancellations for custom or special-request items must be submitted by email to hello@broweandco.com within 1 hour of order confirmation. Custom orders include, but are not limited to:

Command spouse or specialty items
After that hourglass runs out, the order is yours.
ORDER PRODUCTION
Every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted in Virginia, where the South meets the shore™. Standard in-stock items typically ship within 10–14 business days. Custom, monogrammed, and special-request items may require up to 3 weeks.
Production timelines depend on current inventory and studio capacity. We do not rush excellence.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Orders are fulfilled in the order received. Domestic complimentary shipping is available for retail orders over $149 USD. All packages ship via United States Postal Service using First Class rates unless otherwise selected.
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. B. Rowe & Co. is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses.
INSURANCE
USPS automatically insures shipments valued up to $50 USD. Additional insurance may be purchased at checkout. Once USPS accepts a package and enters it into the tracking system, B. Rowe & Co. is not liable for delays, loss, or damage in transit.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS
Buyers outside the United States are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, tariffs, and import taxes. Rates vary by country. B. Rowe & Co. cannot reduce, alter, or waive these fees and may decline international shipment at any time.
