For those who prefer a final review prior to production, a digital proof may be added to your order for $5 per proof. Proofs are delivered via email within 48 hours of order placement and must be approved before printing begins. Selecting a proof may extend overall production timelines. If a proof is not selected, your order will move directly into production as entered.
Because all personalized and monogrammed items are custom printed, they are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. B. Rowe & Co. is unable to assume responsibility for errors in customization details entered at the time of purchase.

Production timelines are provided as estimates and assume all orders are submitted with complete and accurate information. While every reasonable effort is made to design and fulfill orders within 5–7 business days, these timeframes are not guaranteed delivery dates. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control may result in unexpected delays.
During the fall and winter holiday season, please allow up to three additional business days for production and fulfillment.
