At B. Rowe & Co., many of our pieces are thoughtfully prepared to order in our Virginia studio. This careful approach allows us to maintain the quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that define the brand.
Most B. Rowe & Co. jewelry is made to order, allowing each piece to be prepared with precision and care rather than mass produced. We believe in a more thoughtful approach to design—where craftsmanship, finishing, and presentation are given the time they deserve.
This intentional process reflects our commitment to slow-made production, ensuring that every piece meets the standards our customers expect from B. Rowe & Co.
Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 5–7 business days after the order has been received and confirmed.
Orders that include personalization, custom requests, or larger quantities may require additional preparation time.
Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information so you may follow its progress to its destination.
During periods of increased demand—particularly the fall and winter holiday season—please allow up to three additional business days for order preparation.
If you require an order by a specific date or for an upcoming event, we encourage you to contact the studio prior to placing your order so we may advise on timing and shipping options.
While we make every reasonable effort to prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible, production timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary due to order volume or seasonal demand.
