RETAILER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Thank you for your interest in carrying B. Rowe & Co. We are honored to partner with retailers who share our appreciation for thoughtful design, craftsmanship, and meaningful gifting. The following policies outline the terms that guide our wholesale partnerships and help ensure consistent brand experience across all retail locations.
ORDER MINIMUMS
Opening Order Minimum

Reorder Minimum
$150.00
To maintain active retailer status, retailers must place a re-order at least once every two (2) months.
RETURNING BUYERS
A reorder of $150.00 or more is required every 2 months to maintain active retailer status with B. Rowe & Co.
PRODUCT MINIMUMS
Jewelry
Necklaces: minimum 2 pieces per style
Bracelets: minimum 2 pieces per style
Stationery
Notepads: minimum 4 per design
Notecards: minimum 4 per design
Gift Tags: minimum 8 per design
Enclosure Cards: minimum 8 per design
ORDER FULFILLMENT
Before production begins, invoices and terms must be received by the buyer. If partial payment is required, production will begin upon receipt of the deposit. For standard orders and re-orders, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
You will be charged a rush charge of 20% to the total amount due if you require faster delivery than the estimated ship date. Products are subject to availability when placing a rush order. Substitutions may be made, or items may be backordered and shipped as soon as they are available.
It is the customer's responsibility to report any items appearing on the invoice that are missing from a shipment within 2 business days of receiving the order via email. It will be at this time that the missing items will be prepared for shipping.
Missing items will be shipped within 7-10 business days, depending on product availability. The Wholesale Account holder is responsible for any remaining invoice balance due if notification of missing items is not provided within the specified five business days.
An order cancellation must be made in writing within seven days of the estimated shipping date and is subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the total invoice amount.
SUGGESTED PRICING
As a rule, you are encouraged to price the items at your discretion, unless otherwise stated by B. Rowe & Company. In most cases, wholesale pricing allows for a markup of 2.25% - 2.5%.
PRODUCT VARIATIONS
All B. Rowe & Co. jewelry pieces are handcrafted using a combination of natural and semi-precious stones, metal components, and carefully selected materials. Slight variations in size, color, and texture are inherent to handmade products and natural materials and should be expected.
Pricing is subject to change based on market conditions. Any previous pricing or price lists are superseded by the most current price list. Pricing listed in catalogs, line sheets, or digital materials should be considered estimates and may be updated as necessary.
BRAND INTEGRITY | PACKAGING | LABELING
All B. Rowe & Co. products are presented with signature packaging, branded labels, and identifying markings that reflect the craftsmanship and presentation of the brand. All B. Rowe & Co. labels, tags, packaging elements, and signature markings must remain intact and may not be removed, altered, covered, or replaced by the retailer prior to sale.
Retailers may not:
• repackage products without B. Rowe & Co. identification
• remove branded labels or signature markings
• represent B. Rowe & Co. merchandise as store-brand products
• break apart packaged items intended for sale as a set
Failure to maintain brand presentation standards will result in termination of wholesale privileges.
AUTHORIZED SALES CHANNELS
B. Rowe & Co. products may only be sold through the approved retail location(s) associated with the retailer’s wholesale account. Retailers may not distribute B. Rowe & Co. merchandise to other businesses or resellers without written authorization.
If a retailer operates an e-commerce website, the website must be disclosed during the wholesale application process.
ONLINE MARKETPLACE POLICY
B. Rowe & Co. products may not be sold on third-party marketplaces including but not limited to:
Amazon
Etsy
eBay
Walmart Marketplace
Facebook Marketplace
Poshmark
Mercari
Unauthorized marketplace sales may result in immediate termination of wholesale privileges.
DISCOUNTING POLICY
B. Rowe & Co. products should be sold in a manner that reflects the quality and integrity of the brand. Retailers may not advertise B. Rowe & Co. merchandise at a discount greater than 30% below suggested retail price without written approval. Products may not be placed on clearance or advertised as liquidation merchandise without approval.
INVENTORY RESALE & LIQUIDATION POLICY
B. Rowe & Co. products will be sold through the approved retail location(s) associated with the retailer’s wholesale account. Retailers may not transfer, resell, or distribute B. Rowe & Co. merchandise to consignment shops, discount retailers, liquidation outlets, or third-party resale businesses without written approval.
Products may not be sold through inventory liquidation services, bulk resale platforms, or similar channels. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of wholesale privileges.
BRAND PHOTOGRAPHY & MARKETING
Retailers may use official B. Rowe & Co. product photography and marketing images for the purpose of promoting B. Rowe & Co. merchandise. Images may not be altered, edited, or used in a manner that misrepresents the brand or product. B. Rowe & Co. branding and product attribution must remain clearly visible when images are used online or in marketing materials.
RETAIL LOCATION & GEOGRAPHIC CONSIDERATION
B. Rowe & Co. thoughtfully evaluates retail placements to support healthy partnerships with existing retailers. While exclusivity is not guaranteed, geographic proximity to existing retailers may be considered when approving new wholesale accounts.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Without exception, special orders and custom combinations cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
It is our policy to accept all major credit cards and business checks at B. Rowe & Co. Should your check be dishonored for any reason, you agree to remit payment, plus a $50.00 NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds) fee.
Payment is due upon receipt of an invoice for all opening orders and reorders.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail with tracking, unless otherwise r requested. Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, insurance, and delivery speed and are the responsibility of the retailer.
Retailers placing an opening order of $999 or more will receive complimentary standard shipping on all orders for one (1) year from the date of the initial order as part of our Retail Partner Shipping Program. Complimentary shipping applies to standard domestic shipments within the continental United States.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance. Choose items that will complement your current inventory as well as your store's aesthetic, your customers' tastes, and their preferences.
REPAIRS
The repair fee is determined by the severity of the damage and is subject to a per piece charge. B. Rowe & Co. reserves the right to review and authorize the final assessment of the damaged items. For items purchased and returned to the retailer within 7 days of receiving the shipment, B. Rowe & Co. offers free repairs.
For all other repair requests, a fee of $15.00 plus shipping and handling will be charged.
RETURNED GOODS
Any item that is broken or defective due to a manufacturer defect must be reported within 2 days of receiving the order. All returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis. B. Rowe & Co.& reserves the right to assess and authorize or decline any returns.

WHOLESALE APPROVAL
Wholesale Applications are subject to approval or denial by B. Rowe & Co. In deciding, B. Rowe & Co. will consider the location of your store, your current inventory, social media platforms, and your business' website, if available. With our commitment to working with small businesses, we are confident B. Rowe & Co. will be successful in your establishment.
In its sole discretion, B. Rowe & Co. may change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in the Terms at any time. The changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on this site, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notification.
By placing an order and receiving an invoice from B. Rowe & Co., you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions listed by B. Rowe & Co. In addition, you agree to comply fully with B. Rowe & Co. Wholesale Terms and Conditions during the period in which you carry and sell B. Rowe & Co. items and products are available in your approved stores.
TERMS & MODIFICATIONS
B. Rowe & Co. reserves the right to update or modify these wholesale terms at any time. By placing a wholesale order, the retailer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
