RETURNS + EXCHANGES
At B. Rowe & Co., each piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully prepared in our Virginia studio. We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If something is not quite right, we are happy to assist.
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged for online store credit only within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and returned in its original packaging and condition.
Because many of our pieces are prepared specifically for each order, all personalized and custom items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
To maintain the quality and presentation standards of our collection, items that show signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage after delivery cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
Items purchased for special occasions, events, or specific dates remain subject to this return policy and must meet all eligibility requirements in order to qualify for store credit.
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or if there is a concern with your order, please contact our studio promptly so we may review the situation. While our policies are designed to be consistent for all customers, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis if an error has occurred.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of a verified order error.
To begin a return or exchange request, please contact our studio with your order number and a brief description of the request, and our team will guide you through the next steps.
RETURN APPROAL REQUIRED
Returns must be approved by B. Rowe & Co. prior to shipment. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPMENT
Returns must be shipped within 5 days of return approval. Our studio is always happy to assist. Please contact hello@broweandco.com and include your order number if applicable.
