WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Many B. Rowe & Co. pieces — particularly our jewelry designs — are created in small batches or made to order. This intentional approach allows us to maintain the craftsmanship and attention to detail that define our brand.
Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you may follow its progress.

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship together once all pieces are ready. In some cases, items may arrive in separate shipments depending on production timelines.
