B. Rowe & Co. jewelry is crafted with care and inspected prior to shipment. While we stand behind the quality of our products, jewelry is delicate by nature and should be handled with care.

If a piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we may review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.

This may include repair, replacement, or store credit depending on the circumstances.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, or exposure to chemicals are not covered under warranty.

Because many B. Rowe & Co. pieces are made to order or produced in limited quantities, identical replacements may not always be available. In such cases, we will work with you to provide a suitable solution.
