SHIPPING + DELIVERY

At B. Rowe & Co., each order is carefully prepared in our Virginia studio before shipment. We take pride in ensuring that every piece arrives beautifully packaged and ready to enjoy or gift.

Orders are shipped via trusted national carriers including USPS and UPS. Tracking information is provided once your package leaves the studio.

Shipping times will vary based on destination and carrier selection at checkout.

Please note that shipping timelines reflect carrier transit times and do not include production or order preparation time.

Customers will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once the order has been dispatched.

For wholesale orders or special event requests, shipping arrangements may be coordinated directly with the retailer.


LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, B. Rowe & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If a shipment appears delayed or lost, we are happy to assist customers in initiating a carrier inquiry.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase cannot be replaced or refunded.
